Normally I'm a big fan of Cineplex Nerang, and have been a regular there for years. I've always found the cinema experience to be just as good as other more expensive venues, but today it was disappointing.

Staff were friendly as usual. However on entering the cinema, and walking up the stairs, all I could see was rubbish and split popcorn under all the seats. It was extremely dirty and messy! Then I went to the bathroom and there was urine on the seat of one of the toilets, and paper towels overflowing out of the bin everywhere.
Back of the toilet doors were graffitied. Also as we watched was a Disney movie, it was "premium pricing".

When we went to walk through to the Cinema area, there was a sign stating Stop and not to pass until this had your ticket checked, but there was no one there to check it. Was not at all impressed with today's visit. Cineplex Nerang you need to lift your standards to what they used to be.

You can't find cheaper. Seating is as good as any other top cinema and picture and sound are great!!
